Carefully open the seed packets and sprinkle the seeds evenly over the surface of the growing medium. Lightly press the seeds into the surface of the growing medium, do not bury. Gently water the seeds to moisten. Keep the growing medium moist, not wet. Do not over water, to avoid rotting, or allow the growing  medium to completely dry out. Place in a warm and sunny location, protected from frost. For best results, rotate the planter often so all sides receive equal sunlight.  Catnip seeds germinate in approximately 10-15 days and are ready to harvest approximately 70-90 days after planting. Cat Grass seeds germinate in approximately 2-3 days and are ready to harvest approximately 7-14 days after planting. Seeds can be started indoors or outdoors after danger of frost. Plant as soon as possible after purchase.
