I purchased an embosser for my daughter-in-law who loves to read as a birthday gift, I have one and she loved it. The design I picked for her was not very noticeable on the pages, very light, hard to read and hard to press down on. I purchased this around Christmas time and by the time her birthday came the return window had closed. I reached out to them and they sent a reply right away, they were very helpful and sent me a new one I got to select a new design and no troubles.
