I have a Medium that’s a little big on me so I ordered the Small. Way too small…the width of waistband is 4” less than the Medium and length was 3” shorter! (Same was true for a Small I returned to Costco which I thought was just a fluke.) I’m 5’9, 150 lbs so gave it to a size 4 friend and it’s tight on her. Huge difference in sizing from Medium to Small. Quality is good but there’s sizing issue.
